Baby health is an excellent topic. I've been lucky enough to have had very healthy babies so far but that doesn't mean I don't worry constantly about their health, I do!

My kids have been mostly healthy, but they have some pretty severe food allergies (nuts). I have been able to protect them so far, but school is a whole different issue. It scares me!

allergies can be very scary! There are things that I do not want to give to Alex because hit daddy is allergic to...like cinnimon. I don't know if he will be, but I would rather not find out the hard way!

My daughter had a problem with cow's milk after breast feeding for a year. She didn't have an allergic reaction, though; I guess she just didn't like the taste. We tried goat's milk and she took it for a short period of time. Our doctor said to try re-introducing cow's milk every few days and it worked.
