This really depends on your baby. If your baby does not cry when they are wet (they make diapers pretty good these days) then I would go ahead and change them about every 3 hours during the day. In my case I changed Alex after he ate. Now that he is getting bigger and is eating meals instead of a bottle ever three hours I change him after snacks, meals, and naps.
