While you are pregnant it is very important to try not to let the little things stress you out. Severe stress can lead to miscarriage, premature birth and is even the cause of some birth defects. I know this sounds really scary. When you feel yourself getting stressed get out and do something for yourself. Whatever you enjoy, whether it be shopping for the new baby or getting a massage. Let your significant other know that you are getting stressed and see if there is anything that he can do to help.
