If your baby is anything like Alex then you may be dealing with a wiggle worm when you are trying to change their diaper.

Something that I have found that works pretty well is to sing to him. I like to use the Itsy Bitsy Spider because it involves had movements which keeps his hands busy.

If you baby is a little younger, 6 months or so, maybe try using a special toy that you only bring out for diaper changes.
